The operations of providing personal data are adequately protected. All information is encrypted and managed with the most advanced security tools.
In addition to the above purposes, HF may also use your personal data to maintain the quality of the services provided and to obtain general statistics regarding the use of the services. For these purposes, HF automatically matches the collected data with personal data such as name and email address.
HF may also use your personal data in connection with the services it makes available, in particular, to:
configure the user account;
provide, perform and maintain services;
processing and completing transactions, as well as for sending related information, including transaction confirmations and invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and / or services;

As noted, HF assumes the challenge and responsibility to protect as much as possible privacy and personal data. As a rule, HF uses your personal data internally and will only share such personal data with third parties when you have requested it or the client given your consent to do so. The HF may have to transfer personal data collected to a third country outside the EU ("EU") and not included in the list of countries that the EU has already considered to meet adequate levels of protection of personal data. If such requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, HF may take one of the following positions:
require the holder of personal data to pay a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the requested action;
refuse to comply with the request.
When processing is based on your consent, the HF customer has the right to withdraw his / her consent at any time without compromising the lawfulness of the treatment given by HF to your personal data based on the consent previously given.
In any case, HF's customer also has the right to submit a complaint to the National Data Protection Commission, headquartered at Rua de São Bento, nº 148, 3º, 1200-821 Lisboa, Portugal.
