The information collected during the provision of more than 7 million technical repairs to almost 3 million customers during the last 15 years was the main asset that won the Portuguese company pcmedic the approval of the ASSET project - Intelligent Assistance for All, in the amount of approximately 1 million euros and lasting for 3 years.

The research and development project aims to create process automation algorithms and user support for new technologies, particularly in solving computer problems, reducing to a minimum the dependence on human intervention.

In the current context of internationalization of the company and consequent multilingual effort, the system will work in the next integration with the protection of machine translation QTLeap, of which pcmedic is industrial partner of a consortium of 7 universities and European institutions.
